About the Role

Owns SEM strategy and execution for a portfolio of clients, leading performance-focused search campaigns from planning through optimization with a strong emphasis on revenue and pipeline impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years managing SEM campaigns at scale on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising (Bing)
  • Demonstrated success hitting performance targets such as CPA/CPL, ROAS, and pipeline or revenue contribution
  • Expertise in keyword research, audience strategy, bidding approaches, and quality score optimization
  • Proven ability to write and test high-performing ad copy and collaborate on landing page strategy
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels/tags, and working with analytics teams to validate data integrity
  • Comfort presenting strategy, results, and recommendations directly to senior client stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize SEM programs across search networks for multiple Brixx Media clients
  • Own keyword strategy, campaign structure, and bidding approaches aligned to each client’s business goals
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and copywriters to optimize landing pages and onsite experiences
  • Design and run structured A/B tests on ads, extensions, creatives, and landing experiences
  • Produce clear, concise performance reports, translating data into next steps and strategic recommendations
  • Stay current on platform changes, beta opportunities, and competitive trends, and proactively surface ideas
  • Partner with Data Analysts and Digital Marketing Specialists to align SEM efforts with broader channel strategy
