About the Role

A senior-leaning, data-driven role supporting performance marketing, product, and leadership with structured insights, reporting, and experimentation across multiple client engagements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, product, or business analytics within a digital-first environment
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational datasets and basic data modeling
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and major advertising/analytics platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau)
  • Proven track record building dashboards and recurring executive-ready reports for stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, cohort analysis, and experimentation (A/B and multivariate testing)
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in remote, cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analytics for a portfolio of Brixx Media client accounts, from tracking design to insights delivery
  • Define measurement plans, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for campaigns, websites, and experiments
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that surface trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders
  • Partner closely with SEM, PPC, and Digital Marketing teams to shape test roadmaps and optimization strategies
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep dives into performance drivers, user behavior, and channel effectiveness
  • Monitor data quality, troubleshoot tracking issues, and advocate for robust analytics implementation across clients
  • Provide clear, data-backed recommendations that inform quarterly and annual planning for client programs
