A senior coaching role focused on strengthening leadership, communication, accountability, and team effectiveness across Brixx Media’s remote-first, cross-functional organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in corporate coaching, leadership development, organizational development, or learning and development within a professional services, agency, or digital-first environment
- Demonstrated success coaching managers, team leads, and high-potential individual contributors on communication, performance, and team effectiveness
- Experience designing and facilitating leadership workshops, manager enablement sessions, and practical development programs for distributed teams
- Strong understanding of goal setting, feedback frameworks, conflict resolution, change management, and accountability systems
- Ability to assess development needs and translate qualitative and quantitative signals into targeted coaching plans
- Comfort partnering with leadership and department heads while maintaining discretion, trust, and professional judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong facilitation presence in remote and cross-functional settings
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group coaching to managers, team leads, and emerging leaders across Brixx Media
- Design and deliver practical coaching programs focused on communication, ownership, collaboration, and client-facing professionalism
- Partner with leadership to identify organizational development priorities and turn them into structured coaching and enablement initiatives
- Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions that strengthen team dynamics, feedback quality, and performance conversations
- Support managers in navigating change, improving team health, and addressing recurring people and process challenges
- Establish coaching goals, track progress, and share clear themes and recommendations with leadership while preserving appropriate confidentiality
- Contribute to internal playbooks, onboarding support, and manager resources that reinforce a high-accountability, growth-oriented culture
